Job DetailsJob Location: Celebree Corporate - White Marsh, MD 21236Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Salary/yearThe Construction Manager oversees and facilitates the design, construction, and final fit-out of Celebree Schools to ensure contractors and vendors are fulfilling all obligations and that work is carried out according to approved contracts, specifications, and schedules. This person serves as a liaison and consultant to franchisees who are directly engaged with architects, expeditors, general contractors, vendors and service providers. CMs proactively identify and work to resolve any issues that may impede the project delivery and work directly with franchisees to navigate challenges. The Construction Manager provides technical knowledge and input to assist design, build, install and service contractors. The CPM also acts as the gatekeeper for the brand to ensure all work is done in accordance with Celebree brand standards.     Job Duties: Helps franchisees plan, organize and manage their project from a signed lease or purchase agreement through the opening of their school This includes vendor management, proposal review, scheduling, and verification of products and services. Participates in site visit walk throughs to develop project scope, budget, and schedule. Tracks project results and helps franchisee drive towards projects commitments according to budgets, schedules, and scope of work. Understands and manages internal and external customer expectations. Manages internal project schedule to ensure adequate office and field resources are available as needed. Reviews project documents for any conflicts or missing information and promptly pursues clarification and instruction from the client and/or design team. Consistently communicates with project team. Proactively coordinates and assigns tasks as needed for completion of the project. Responds to request for proposals relative to brand standards. Serves as central point of contact between the client, design team, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project team. Maintains organized job records for both internal and external use. Consistently communicates job progress with superiors, subordinates, and others as needed. Seeks, evaluates and recommends outside vendors to support franchisees. Conduct project progress meetings. Record and issue meeting minutes to all attendees. Supports Franchisee in oversight of project close out documentation and warranty management. Prepares information for monthly forecasting and project updates to superiors. Supports franchisee in monitoring financial status to define project problems and identify solutions to ensure project remains on track. Routinely visit the job site for review on project compliance in schedule, quality, and safety. Ensures client satisfaction on each project.   QualificationsEducation/Experience: Bachelor's Degree in construction management preferred Minimum of 5 years construction management experience   Minimum of 5 years franchise experience   Skills / Abilities: Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Strong functional MS Office knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point Thorough knowledge and use of CRMs Innovative thinking, strong analytical skills, and effective leadership skills  A self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills Thorough knowledge and understanding of current best practices Must be willing to travel to school locations, off site meetings, vendors, trade shows and industry conferences as necessary (Approximately 15%-20% of time)
