Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, a driver's license, reliable transportation, and active certifications such as a CMT License and First Aid/CPR.
Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required, and applicants should be motivated to work with clients who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
The position offers a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, along with benefits such as paid orientation, training, time off, a referral program, and a retirement plan.

Available Shifts:

Responsibilities Include:

1. Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.

2. Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.

3. Perform all procedures safely.

4. Documents actions and client response to care provided.

5. Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.

6. Maintain client’s comfort and well-being.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma/GED or College Degree

2. Drivers License and Reliable Transportation

3. Reliable Mobile Communication Device

4. Active Certifications/Licenses: CMT License, First Aid/CPR

5. Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.

6. Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.
