Sonic Summary

The job is a part-time position available on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Responsibilities include assisting the Delegating Nurse, following the Plan of Care, and ensuring client comfort and safety.
Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and active CMT and First Aid/CPR certifications.
The position offers a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and is particularly suited for individuals motivated to work with clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
While experience with behavioral plans is preferred, it is not required, and the job includes benefits such as paid orientation and training.

Available Shift:

Responsibilities Include:

1. Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.

2. Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.

3. Perform all procedures safely.

4. Documents actions and client response to care provided.

5. Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.

6. Maintain client’s comfort and well-being.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma/GED or College Degree

2. Drivers License and Reliable Transportation

3. Reliable Mobile Communication Device

4. Active Certifications/Licenses: CMT License, First Aid/CPR

5. Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.

6. Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.
