Sonic Summary

This part-time position requires working shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The role involves assisting the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client needs and following the Plan of Care.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, and experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not mandatory.
Active certifications such as a CMT License and First Aid/CPR are required, along with a passion for working with clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Available Shift:

Responsibilities Include:

1. Assist the Delegating Nurse in prioritizing client’s needs and responding appropriately to those needs.

2. Follow the Plan of Care as written by the Delegating Nurse.

3. Perform all procedures safely.

4. Documents actions and client response to care provided.

5. Actively listen to any concerns expressed by the client.

6. Maintain client’s comfort and well-being.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma/GED or College Degree

2. Drivers License and Reliable Transportation

3. Reliable Mobile Communication Device

4. Active Certifications/Licenses: CMT License, First Aid/CPR

5. Motivated and passionate to work with clients that have intellectual/developmental disabilities.

6. Experience with behavioral plans is preferred but not required.
