Experienced closer? We’re hiring a Closing Shift Manager to lead our evening shift in Blackstone, VA (about an hour from Richmond and Petersburg area).
- Run the 4PM–1AM shift (dinner + late night)
- Lead the team, manage flow, and keep service fast and accurate
- Close the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready for the next day

- Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Confident running shifts and making real-time decisions
- Reliable with evening and weekend availability

Qualifications
- QSR experience required; McDonald's management experience preferred
- ServSafe® certification preferred
- Reliable and dedicated shift availability
- Valid driver’s license
- 18 years or older
