We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Perform all other office tasks
Performing three way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
Reconciling vendor statements

Monday thru Friday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
