JobâŻDescriptionÂ
Job duties may include:Â
- Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projectsÂ
- Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out
- Use lookâahead schedules, manpower forecasts and project specifications to provide optimum scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix
- Systematically direct and assign crew field activities to achieve maximize productivity while maintaining PCG standards of quality, performance and workplace safety
- Create and maintain positive relationships with all trades, vendors, coâworkers and customers to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
- Convey a professional and positive attitude as the onsite representative of branch and corporation
- Use available technology to perform job tasks efficiently
- Ability to perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
- Performs other related duties as assigned

RequirementsÂ
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time
- Must have reliable transportationÂ
