The Family Admissions Specialist (FAS) supports assigned schools by managing leads and driving enrollment outcomes through centralized, high quality family engagement. This role partners closely with school leaders to improve lead follow up, strengthen enrollment conversations, and increase conversion from inquiry to enrollment.

The FAS communicates directly with prospective families to understand needs, provide solutions, and guide families through the enrollment process.

Essential Functions:

  1. Support assigned schools across multiple markets by driving enrollment performance through centralized lead management and family engagement.
  2. Build relationships with prospective families to identify needs, address questions, and personalize enrollment solutions that align with family priorities.
  3. Identify enrollment barriers and propose solutions in partnership with school leaders to improve conversion and results.
  4. Manage all lead follow up activities for assigned schools, including pre tour confirmation calls, post tour follow up, no show outreach, and ongoing lead engagement to move families through the funnel.
  5. Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, document activity, and track progress toward tour volume and enrollment goals for assigned schools. This requires strong technical proficiency and sound business judgment.
  6. Execute outbound phone and email outreach strategically, providing timely responses and a high level of customer service to prospective families.
  7. Review online reviews and family feedback for assigned schools and partner with field leaders to share constructive, actionable insights that improve the enrollment experience.
  8. Partner with the Family Admissions Manager to recommend school assignments and identify schools that may benefit from additional enrollment support based on performance and opportunity.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience required; education or service industry preferred.

 

Other Skills and Abilities Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
  • Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
     

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid. 
    • $65-73,000 base salary.
    • This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
