What We’re Looking For
• Experience operating CNC routers for wood products
• Ability to read manufacturing drawings and measurements
• Comfortable using basic computer systems / ERP software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple production runs in a fast-paced environment
What You’ll Do
• Operate  CNC routers to produce precision wood components
• Work with materials such as Baltic Birch, MDF, plywood, solid wood, laminates, melamine, and veneer
• Follow tooling setup procedures and maintain machine efficiency
• Perform first article inspections and periodic quality checks
• Measure parts using tape measures and calipers
• Read and interpret manufacturing prints and specifications
• Use our ERP system to access work orders and job prints
