The Remote Document Control Specialist is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessibility. This role plays a critical part in document tracking, version control, and regulatory compliance, supporting efficient business operations in a remote environment.
- Manage the creation, review, storage, and distribution of documents
- Maintain document control systems and ensure proper version control
- Track document revisions, approvals, and updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Organize and archive digital files for easy retrieval
- Perform regular audits of documents for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with departments to collect and update documentation
- Control access to sensitive or confidential documents
- Prepare reports on document status and compliance metrics
