The Senior Product Manager, Neurology HCP Marketing, will contribute to the development and implementation of HCP marketing initiatives within Eisai’s Alzheimer’s disease (AD) team. This individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs, while creating communication goals and customer experience aligned to the business objectives within the AD team. This role represents a key opportunity for a talented, passionate marketer to lead important and innovative commercial work streams for a highly visible, growing brand.  

Essential Functions /Key Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the strategic development and execution of HCP-focused marketing programs for Alzheimer’s Disease, with a focus on neurologists  
  • Lead HCP team driven omnichannel content development, including planning, development, and deployment of HCP-facing assets across channels (personal, non-personal, and digital), ensuring consistency and strategy execution  
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, CRC, Training, Medical, and Market Access, and collaborate closely with agency partners to develop, optimize, and execute integrated campaigns and tactical initiatives 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and sales teams, leverage influence on shape content strategy, prioritization, and execution across channels 
  • Manage content workflow, ensuring timely updates and alignment with strategic business needs  
  • Oversee agency coordination for project updates and content governance across HCP touchpoints  
  • Support financial operations, including PO management, budget tracking, and spending reporting, providing visibility to Finance and HCP leadership 
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and corporate guidelines in the development and delivery of promotional materials 
  • Champion AD innovation and strategic investment opportunities that advance the business and serve to fulfill our mission of human health care (hhc


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred) with 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g., sales, marketing, product management) in pharma/biotech industry.
  • OR a combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • Some experience with medical, legal and regulatory approval process for promotional programs, preferred.
  • Experience working with PhRMA and Regulatory/Legal guidelines for healthcare provider interactions to ensure compliance.
  • Experience working with and directing agencies and strategic vendors.
  • Proven performance in earlier role.
  • Requires up to 20% travel
  • Position is hybrid in Nutley, NJ 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

Eisai Salary Transparency Language:

The annual base salary range for the Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing, Alzheimer's Disease is from :$148,200-$194,500

Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan.

Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
