• Develop digital strategies for online B2B distributors, strengthening Dettol Pro Solutions' digital shelf presence.
• Manage promotions, marketing agencies, and customer-facing materials, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
• Oversee the activation calendar, ensuring effective coordination, execution, and a rolling 6‑month planning cycle.
• Establish KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize ROI for customer activations and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure flawless execution of customer marketing plans while fostering strong collaboration with internal teams and strategic customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer marketing and category teams to develop winning activation plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand performance and drive corrective 4P actions in partnership with the sales team.
• Support regional Trade Marketing initiatives and ensure compliance with global and local guidelines.
• Coordinate customer trade shows and manage the Trade Marketing budget, monitoring performance against targets.
• Own the omnichannel strategy for the Professional division, driving digital, eCommerce, distributor, and customer-specific initiatives.
• Monitor business performance through key metrics, innovation results, marketing effectiveness, and ROI.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or Customer Marketing.
• Strong expertise in B2B/Professional channels, customer activation, omnichannel marketing, and product launches.
• Proven analytical, financial, communication, and leadership skills.
• Results-driven, entrepreneurial leader with strong organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable and detail-oriented, with experience in negotiation, sales management, and P&L ownership.
