Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) | Elements Massage – Nutley

Earnings: $30,000 – $70,000+ / year (Session Rate / Base + Enhancements, Bonuses & Client Tips)

Schedule: Part-Time (3 shifts/week, including 1 weekend day | 6-hour shift blocks)

What We’re Looking For

• Active NJ LMT License (or pending graduation date for new grads).

• Core Modalities: Skilled or comfortable in Deep Tissue, Swedish, or Firm Pressure.

• Schedule Alignment: Able to commit to a 3-shift weekly schedule (8:30–2:30 or 3:00–9:00), including 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

• Client-Centered Mindset: Passionate about listening to client needs, communicating treatment plans, and growing client retention.
