Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support marketing campaigns from planning through completion.
- Assist with developing and scheduling social media content.
- Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Support email marketing campaigns and maintain contact lists.
- Coordinate content calendars, campaign schedules, and marketing deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using key marketing metrics.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Update website content and marketing platforms as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners.
- Track project deadlines, budgets, and marketing activities.
- Assist with virtual events, webinars, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain organized marketing files, databases, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
