Snowbusters - Hinz Landscaping and Tree Service is looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals to join their Landscaping and Tree Crew in Michiana! Responsibilities:
- Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and lawn maintenance
- Assist with tree trimming, pruning, and removal operations
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and mowers
- Load and haul debris, brush, and green waste from job sites
- Follow safety protocols and proper techniques for tree and ground crew work
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members on job sites
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscaping, tree care, or outdoor labor preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with landscaping and tree care equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and company procedures
