Maintenance Technician

GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

• Pay Range: $20 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3:30 PM

As our Maintenance Tech, your day starts at 7 AM, as you head out to tackle a variety of maintenance tasks at our assisted living facility Holy Cross House. One minute, you're diagnosing an electrical issue or fixing a leaky pipe; the next, you're painting a room or managing snow removal to keep the grounds safe and accessible. With a mix of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work, plus some landscaping to keep things looking pristine, there's never a dull moment. You'll team up with the Maintenance Supervisor to make sure everything is running smoothly. Each day brings something new-perfect for someone who loves to stay busy and problem-solve!

What You Need to Join Our Team:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• A valid driver's license
• A positive attitude
• The ability to interact well with others
• The ability to assist in a wide variety of tasks and to come in early or stay later if needed
• The ability to follow directions closely but work independently when required
• The ability to use hand and power tools
• Operational skills of working on and repairing commercial equipment
