A day in the life: 

Ensure a steady supply of clean, sanitized dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment for food service operations.

What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member

• Dish Maintenance: Wash, sort, and stack dishes, glassware, and flatware using industrial machinery or by hand.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain clean and dry floors, sanitize dish storage areas, and clean large equipment (pots, pans).
• Waste Management: Empty garbage cans, recycling bins, and dump compost, ensuring the kitchen stays sanitary.
• Restocking: Ensure chefs have immediate access to clean pans and that servers have clean plates.
• Operational Support: Assist with clearing food from plates, cleaning spills, and occasionally cleaning kitchen workstations

What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member

• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Strong communication skills
• Must be willing to work assigned hours

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift heavy, wet pots, pans, and large trash bags frequently.
• Endurance: Must be able to stand for long, fast-paced shifts in a hot, humid, and loud environment.
• Safety Adherence: Wearing appropriate safety gear (e.g., gloves, non-slip shoes) and following sanitizing procedures
