HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital is seeking a Cardiac Rehab Coordinator or RN with Cardiac Rehab experience. The ideal candidate directs and assists in oversight and coordination of the overall operational activities of the Cardiac Rehab department. This position will plan, coordinate, provide and evaluate care services within the Cardiac Rehab department. Performs in-depth level of coordination, planning, developing, evaluating, and implementing Cardiac Rehab program growth and expansion. As the Cardiac Rehab program expert, will make decisions on a small scale regarding the Cardiac Rehab programs day-to-day operations in the absence of the Director-Cath Lab.

Cardiac Rehab Coordinator Requirement
Education Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Kinesiology, Health Education, Physical Education or Exercise physiology with a Cardiac Rehab emphasis is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • 3 years related experience in cardiopulmonary rehab is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is obtained within 6 months of hire.
