HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC/BE Primary Care Physician for our clinic in O'Fallon, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. O'Fallon is a booming community, and the practice location is in close proximity to HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital. O'Fallon is just 22 minutes from St. Louis, and offers tons of local shopping and restaurants.

Practice Highlights

Position Requirements
-Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
-Board Certified or Board Eligibility
-2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits Package
-2 year base guarantee
-20 days off + 6 holidays per year
-1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays
-CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year
-Opportunities to earn patient outcome/patient satisfaction bonuses
-Sign-on bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available
-Residency stipend available for physicians finishing training

Compensation Range: $300,000-399k based on experience (inclusive of family and internal medicine)

Education Qualifications

  • Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

  • Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
  • Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
  • Must be board certified or board eligible.
