Job Summary

Provide the full scope of Internal Medicine services that fall under his/her/their field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventative care and health maintenance. Educating patients about disease prevention and detection. · Collaborate with other medical and non-medical personnel. · Ensure coordination and appropriate referrals for patient care and access across services. · Supervise Clinic APP(s) in performing clinical services as may be determined. · Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives in collaboration with the Medical Director.


 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following: · A Medical Degree and the successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine. · Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine and State License. If Board Eligible at the time of hire, must be Board Certified within 3 years of hire date. · BLS · The ability to keep updated on the latest medical technologies. · Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Good teamworking, leadership, and organizational skills.
