The ideal incumbent will:
• Serve as a positive influence in Retirement Service Sales and across the firm.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Establish a good rapport within client relationships to anticipate their service needs.
• Offer valuable and timely resources.
• Troubleshoot and learn about client business plans to position us as the ideal service provider.
• Work with Sales Managers within assigned territory to establish annual plan to effectively work territory as a team to meet new account and revenue goals.
• Deepen existing client relationships through email and calling efforts to create opportunities for Inspira.
• Research and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of client’s business focus, plan design and company news for assigned relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of current and proposed legislation, sharing relevant information with key contacts
• Develop a plan for recurring touchpoints with assigned relationships and pursues opportunities for additional business that may include, but is not limited to, communication through email, phone calls, in-person meetings and presentations, after-hours events, conferences attendance, etc.
• Provide scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to select clients, and special projects as requested.
• Organize daily workflow to determine client needs, tracking all activities and communication in Salesforce.
• Work cross-functionally with various individuals at all levels of the business, both internally and externally
• Participates in meetings to identify, design, and implement strategies and project plans.
• Attend 2-4 conferences annually.
• Create relationships using Brightscope lists through calls and emails.
• Conduct in-person visits with existing accounts to strengthen relationships and find new opportunities.
• Coordinate activities for institutional partner relationships such as custodians, clearing firms, RIAs, broker-dealers, and other channel partners.
• Receive and provide communication internally and externally regarding client deliverables to create a better client experience.
• Organize client conference calls and meetings with Regional Directors to determine client needs.
• Partner with Regional Directors and clients to outline and implement project plans.
• Work closely with Client Service, Operations, Legal and Technology to improve client experience, update documentation, and drive process improvements.
• Work with institutional partners to expand the business by providing insight and positioning our full line of services to expand our overall market share.

Qualifications
Years of Experience: • 7-10 years of experience . Degree: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field . Certification: N/A . Skills & Abilities: • Experience in the retirement plan industry and knowledge of IRAs as well as other retirement products and services.• Proven ability to up-sell and develop new business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; positive attitude; ability to work as team member.
• Self-starter with strong planning, organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrate proactive, problem-solving, decision-making and client contact skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool.
• Previous experience with alternative investments, advisors, and retirement accounts
• Proven ability to up-sell and develop new business.
• Proven ability to position product and services to develop new business.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong planning, organizational and analytic abilities combined with task and time management skills.
• Ability to serve as a liaison between various individuals at all levels of the business both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated proactive, problem-solving, decision-making and client contact skills.
• Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
