Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to RPM Raceway standards Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods Qualifications: Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Why RPM Raceway?
