Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of national/DTC media by managing and reviewing the work of external agency partners responsible for campaign setup, creative trafficking, activation, measurement, and optimization across paid media channels

  • Coordinate with external national media agency to ensure timely delivery of media plans, creative specs, and placements

  • Monitor campaign pacing, budget delivery, and performance against KPIs, flagging issues or optimization opportunities to the Sr. Manager

  • Assist in the development of national/DTC media plans, providing channel and audience insights informed by data and market trends

  • Maintain organized documentation of campaign timelines, budgets, and performance for reporting and governance purposes

  • Support attribution and measurement efforts by ensuring external agencies accurately implement tracking (pixels, UTMs, conversion tags) across national/DTC campaigns

  • Compile regular performance reports and dashboards, summarizing key metrics (unit sales, revenue, ROAS) for internal stakeholders

  • Partner with the Retail/Amazon Media Coordinator to ensure consistent processes, timelines, and reporting formats across national and retail media

  • Support testing and optimization initiatives (creative testing, audience testing, channel mix testing) and help document learnings for the broader team

  • Assist with invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, and vendor management processes for national media partners

  • Stay current on national/DTC media trends, new platforms, and best practices, sharing relevant insights with the team

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in media planning, buying, or coordination (agency or client-side)

  • Familiarity with national media channels (digital/programmatic OLV/CTV, display, paid social, search)

  • Experience with media planning and reporting tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, DSPs, media planning platforms)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with dashboards or BI tools a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with agencies and internal teams

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in reporting and campaign execution

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
