  • Support pipeline growth by conducting consistent outbound outreach, following assigned cadences, and responding quickly to inbound inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels.
  • Conduct initial discovery with customers to understand their needs, qualify basic opportunities, and route or advance leads according to established guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM by logging activities, updating account details, and ensuring clean data entry across assigned accounts.
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and product recommendations under established pricing guidelines, ensuring accuracy in product, pricing, and service details.
  • Meet assigned sales activity targets, contribution KPIs, and follow‑up expectations to support team revenue goals and maintain predictable pipeline flow.
  • Support solution selling by sharing LiftMaster product information, identifying relevant portfolio offerings, and reinforcing value propositions during customer interactions.
  • Learn and apply foundational CAS and PAS product knowledge to explain core features and benefits, escalating complex technical questions to senior team members when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with field teams, inside sales peers, and cross‑functional groups by sharing customer insights, coordinating information, and supporting account activities.
  • Assist in executing sales campaigns by sending assigned outreach messages, tracking engagement, and sharing feedback to help refine campaign performance.
  • Help prepare presentations or materials for dealer, integrator, or customer meetings, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with team messaging.
  • Review dashboards and existing reports to provide updates on assigned metrics—such as call activity, lead status, pipeline movement, and campaign engagement—to support broader forecasting efforts.
  • Prioritize daily activities, assigned accounts, and follow-ups to ensure timely customer engagement and support territory productivity.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and a solutions‑oriented approach during every interaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training, product updates, and team development activities to strengthen technical knowledge, communication skills, and sales effectiveness.

The pay range for this position is $26.83 - $44.21/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
