This role is within CG's Revenue function. This role is responsible for driving the partnership strategy and priorities with connected ecosystem partners. This role will define and evolve CG’s partnership strategy and roadmap, working cross-functionally to organize and analyze primary and secondary research, acting as a senior business contact with ecosystem partners, developing new business models, negotiating terms and moving prospective partners through the agreement process, acting as a partner to the Product Owner for ecosystem integrations with the technical development teams when necessary, and providing cross functional support to the organization including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Refine and prioritize CG’s partnership and integration roadmap and present developments related to market shifts as well as insights to position the company as a leader in the market; develop and update financial forecasting related to external ecosystem opportunities

  • Drive the partnership strategy and priorities while building relationships with partners

  • Determine and negotiate the best value for CG out of the contract

  • Maintain the ongoing relationships and level set on how to enhance through regularly business reviews

  • Drive the contract between CG and external & internal partners

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, engineering and marketing to develop and execute multiyear ecosystem roadmap for growth supporting integrations and key feature requirements using consumer insight driven innovations to maximize sales and profitability

  • Use competitive and market intelligence to enhance or adjust plans as necessary; prepare tollgate materials as required in agile process for executive leadership approval

  • Develop dashboard and track ecosystem performance post-integration to ensure upfront objectives are being carried through by internal and partner teams; provide support to ensure success as requested; coordinate with internal and partner teams to recommend actions to address under-performance

  • Conduct research through key consumer, customer account and overall market feedback for partnership enhancements; use information to create market requirements collaborating with product development team

  • Manage the user and ecosystem experience developing use cases and prioritizing development efforts in conjunction with cross functional team including technical development, UX/UI and engineering with a goal of successful delivery of assigned partnerships with the appropriate allocation of resources

  • Work cross-functionally to coordinate with marketing, channel and brand functions to incorporate brand guidelines as well as provide insights and vision for marketing of connected products and services using VOC research

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering; MBA preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in product and/or channel marketing in software/services environment; 4+ years in product partnership development complex agreement negotiation; lead cross-functional matrix teams

  • Ability to work in an Agile product development environment

  • Able to travel up to 25% - domestically and internationally

The pay range for this position is $129,700.00 - $226,900.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
