Job DetailsJob Location: Wisconsin - For Recruitment Only - Oak Creek, WI 53154Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: Up to 25%Job Shift: Day      Commercial Window Project Manager Position Summary The Commercial Window Project Manager is responsible for coordinating commercial window projects from order through final completion. This position serves as the primary connection between Bliffert, the customer’s project management team, window manufacturers, installers, and other trades working on the job site. This position will be in Milwaukee, Green Bay, or Sun Prairie. The goal of this role is to ensure every project is delivered accurately, installed successfully, and completed with minimal service issues or delays. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Manage commercial window projects from approved order through project completion. Maintain regular communication with general contractors, project managers, vendors, installers, and internal Bliffert teams. Review project schedules and identify potential delivery, installation, or product concerns before they impact the job. Coordinate with other trades to ensure openings, flashing, siding, masonry, and related jobsite conditions are ready for window installation. Jobsite Walk-Throughs Conduct jobsite walk-throughs before, during, and after window installation. Confirm window openings, installation conditions, product placement, and overall job readiness. Inspect completed work and identify damaged, missing, incorrectly installed, or service-related items. Document issues with photos, notes, and clear action items. Work with contractors, installers, vendors, and Bliffert service teams to resolve concerns quickly. Delivery and Vendor Management Confirm vendor production schedules and expected delivery dates. Ensure window orders are complete and delivered in the correct sequence for the project. Verify shortages, damages, backorders, and incorrect products immediately. Coordinate replacement products and service materials with manufacturers. Communicate delivery changes or risks to the customer and internal team before they affect the project schedule. Service and Project Closeout Maintain an organized service and punch-list process for each project. Assign responsibility and follow through until every open item is resolved. Coordinate manufacturer service technicians, installers, and internal service personnel when required. Complete a final project walk-through and obtain customer confirmation that outstanding items have been addressed. Maintain project documentation, including delivery records, service issues, photos, approvals, and completion notes. Qualifications Experience in commercial construction, windows, building materials, project management, or a related field. Strong understanding of window installation and general jobsite conditions. Ability to read construction plans, schedules, window elevations, and product documents. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working directly with contractors, project managers, vendors, installers, and other trades. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time. Willingness to travel regularly to jobsites. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Preferred Experience Commercial window or glazing experience. Experience working with window manufacturers and warranty departments. Experience managing construction punch lists, deliveries, service requests, and project schedules. Familiarity with commercial project documentation and jobsite safety expectations.
