What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Configuration Coordinator! In this role, you will review, approve, activate, and archive data submitted by various departments in the organization while ensuring proper processes have been followed. You will also perform internal audits on stalled data in the approval process, prepare customer data packages for contractual deliveries, participate in process improvements, and assist with engineering library activities.
This hybrid on-site position is at our Oak Creek, WI headquarters. You will report directly to the Data Services Manager.
How You Will Do It:
- Work to fulfill Configuration Management Service Requests as assigned, including:
- Engineering Change Orders
- Document management
- Software archiving
- Component requests
- Engages with strategic projects to ensure Configuration Management can deliver required functionality within project timeframes.
- Mentor the organization on Configuration Management services, concepts, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain company memberships.
- Assist library visitors in conducting research and locating resources.
- Organize all library resources so they are easy to locate.
- Evaluate library inventory needs and place orders.
- Lead configuration management procedures, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Monitor process performance and troubleshoot issues when necessary.
What We Look For:
Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum three years of experience in a data management or engineering administration role.
- Must be able to work on U.S. government programs or obtain security clearance in the future.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Experience working with an ERP System.
- Strong MS Office Skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
Desired
- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Electronics manufacturing experience.
- Engineering Librarian experience is a plus.
