  • Leading projects from initial planning and scoping through on‑site execution and final closeout
  • Defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams
  • Developing and managing detailed project schedules, work plans, and budgets
  • Coordinating internal teams, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors during builds and breakdowns
  • Managing day‑to‑day operational challenges, proactively addressing risks, issues, and changes
  • Overseeing project budgets, financial performance, margins, and overall profitability
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained according to company standards
  • Enforcing Arena’s project methodologies, safety standards, and operational best practices
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery and maintaining clear communication
  • Supporting post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
  • Willingness and ability to travel 75% or more of the time

Event, Construction, or Field Experience That Sets You Apart

  • Experience in live events, construction, temporary structures, staging, or production environments
