We're looking for a licensed Barber or Cosmetologist with at least 2 years experience, who is passionate about men's grooming, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. We provide a modern barbershop experience where every guest receives more than just a haircut. From hot towels and neck shaves to personalized consultations and styling, we focus on creating an experience that keeps clients coming back.

What You'll Do

Perform men's haircuts and skin fades
Provide beard trims and detailing
Straight razor neck shaves (training available)
Recommend professional products when appropriate
Deliver exceptional customer service
Build lasting relationships with clients
Encourage rebooking and repeat visits
Maintain a clean, organized workstation
Work as part of a team to keep the shop looking its best

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Licensed Barber or Licensed Cosmetologist
Minimum of 1 year experience
Comfortable cutting men's hair
Positive and coachable
Friendly and professional
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working weekends
Team-oriented
Detail-focused
Interested in long-term career growth

Straight razor experience is preferred but not required. We'll train the right person.
