Managing Barber / Stylist (Barbershop Manager) – Diesel Barbershop – Brookfield, WI
Full-Time • 35–40 hrs/week •Â
We’re hiring a Managing Barber at our Diesel Barbershop in Brookfield, WI at Poplar Creek Town Center (Right across from the Corners).
This role is perfect for a licensed barber or cosmetologist with strong cutting skills who wants to lead a team, manage shop operations, and stay active behind the chair
Key Responsibilities (Barber Manager Duties)
- Manage daily barbershop operations
- Interview, hire, train, and mentor barbers/stylists
- Create weekly schedules and maintain Diesel service standards
- Provide high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, beard work & straight razor shaves
- Build strong client relationships and a positive, drama-free culture
- Support new team members and drive shop performance
What We’re Looking For
- Wisconsin-licensed Barber or Cosmetologist
- 2+ years experience in a barbershop or salon
- Skilled in men’s haircuts, classic cuts, modern fades & beard grooming
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused
- Available evenings and weekends (standard barbershop hours)
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,000 signing bonus
- $25–$50 per hour (depending on experience) (includes -Bi-weekly bonuses + commission + tips)
