POSITION OVERVIEW 

Chicago Title is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Executive to develop, retain, and grow a high-quality residential and commercial client base. This role is ideal for a team-oriented self-starter who thrives on prospecting, building long-term partnerships, and consistently performing at a high level.  

LOCATION

This is a full-time onsite position located in Oak Harbor, Washington. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and industry partners. 

  • Generate new business through networking, and strategic outreach. 

  • Conduct one-on-one client appointments and deliver presentations. 

  • Host and teach educational classes at real estate offices and industry events. 

  • Represent Chicago Title at open houses, association meetings, and networking events. 

  • Communicate Chicago Title’s value proposition clearly and confidently. 

  • Collaborate with escrow and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting. 

  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills. 

  • Highly organized, motivated, and goal-oriented. 

  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. 

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. 

  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE 

  • Sales and/or real estate industry experience preferred but not required. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $60,000 – $75,000 annually. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.  The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
