Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings
Diagnose and repair pipe, drainage, and plumbing system issues
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
Repair and maintain septic systems and commercial sewer systems
Provide accurate written estimates for plumbing work
Ensure all work meets safety standards and code compliance
Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Qualifications

2+ year of service plumbing experience
Either a State of Illinois Journeyman License or City of Chicago Journeyman License
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
Physically able to perform hands-on labor in various environments
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
