JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate G&A Finance team who will assess, assist, and execute financial and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and control, by performing the following duties:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide finance support to the HRCS and Finance organizations, including building relationships with key business partners and supporting strategic business initiatives.

  • Assess period-end financial performance to drive improved business performance and generate insights to aid business management.

  • Prepare and execute analyses in support of the organization’s annual budget process, expense trends and outlooks, or statistical reporting, including journal entries and reconciliations.

  • Analyze and leverage understanding of functional financial metrics to answer business questions from finance and business partner leaders.

  • Responsible for executing and assessing financial analyses and reports for G&A management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or other related area; CPA or CMA preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills; proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.

  • Analytical & Operational Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data sets, with experience in analyzing business metrics such as cost structures, efficiency & expense management, etc.

  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong oral and written communication skills to present financial insights to both financial and non-financial audiences; proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.

  • Initiative & Adaptability: Self-starter who proactively seeks to improve knowledge and understanding of finance systems, analyses, modeling, etc., while effectively managing multiple priorities.

COMPENSATION

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
