Position Summary
We are adding Restoration Technicians to our field team. This role involves hands-on work supporting cleanup, material removal, and equipment setup on active job sites. Training is provided for candidates who are dependable and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with water extraction and drying processes
- Set up and monitor equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
- Remove damaged materials including drywall and flooring
- Support mold and fire-related cleanup work
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Document job progress through photos and basic notes
Requirements
- Reliable and able to work full-time hours
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license preferred
