Architect

We are seeking an experienced Architect with advanced proficiency in Revit to lead projects from design through delivery while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. This role offers hands-on project ownership, leadership opportunities, and the chance to contribute to high-quality, well-coordinated architectural work.

Key Responsibilities

·         Manage architectural assignments and ensure schedules and quality standards are met

·         Serve as a technical resource and mentor to junior architects and drafters

·         Oversee the preparation, coordination, and accuracy of construction documents and technical reports

·         Ensure all project deliverables comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards

·         Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and documentation to maintain consistency and constructability

·         Collaborate closely with internal and external multidiscipline project team members to promote clear communication and successful project outcomes

Desired Skills

·         Advanced proficiency in Revit including:

o   Revit model management, including worksets, templates, families, and standards

o   Experience managing Revit project infrastructure, model health, and coordination workflows

o   Ability to oversee Revit model setup, maintenance, and quality control

·         Understanding of quality assurance programs (e.g., NQA-1, ISO 9001, or other regulated industry) and their impact on project documentation

·         Experience with complex commercial, industrial, and government facilities

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Registered Architect preferred)

·         5–10+ years of professional architectural and design experience

·         5 years of Revit experience
