What You’ll Do:

Own the entire recruiting process—from first hello to first day on the job.
Write creative job postings that catch the right candidates’ attention.
Source, screen, interview and hire hearts and minds as much as resumes.
Team up with managers and staff to build a welcoming, diverse workplace.
Champion compliance while keeping the candidate experience positive and smooth.

Requirements

Who You Are:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment with at least two years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services.
Creative, empathetic, and driven by purpose.
Savvy with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms; preference given for Paylocity experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Knowledgeable about employment law and best practices.
Ready to grow—and help others do the same.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics.
