Unlike high-volume production shops, we focus on high-precision, custom metal fixtures, weldments, and jigs. This is a role for a true craftsman who thrives on troubleshooting and figuring out complex fabrications from beginning to end. We need someone with immense mechanical aptitude who is ready to lay down welds that consistently pass rigorous X-Ray and bend tests.

This is a secure, full-time role within a rapidly growing company that deeply values its tradesmen. You will enjoy a highly predictable first-shift schedule, a pristine and well-equipped work environment, and a steady, reliable pipeline of work so you never have to worry about downtime.
