Job Summary:

As a Support Analyst I at Centrus Energy, you’ll be the friendly first responder for everyday technology needs—keeping desktops, systems, and users up and running. With hands-on experience, mentorship from senior analysts, and exposure to enterprise tools, this role is your launchpad into the world of professional IT support.

What You Will Do:

You will serve as the front line of IT support, responding to help desk requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and supporting daily desktop operations across the site. You’ll install and maintain operating systems and business applications, assist with new software deployments, maintain IT inventories, and collaborate with senior analysts on troubleshooting and projects. Along the way, you’ll help keep systems secure, reliable, and ready for business—while learning the foundations of enterprise IT in a fast-paced environment.
 

We’d Love To Hear From People With:

  • 7+ years education and experience
  • Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, desktop and server operating systems
  • Experience with desktop applications and office productivity software
  • Hands-on troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Q-level security clearance
     

A Successful Candidate Brings:

  • IT Help Desk or customer support environments
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools, standards, and basic networking protocols
  • Currently holds a “Q” level security clearance.

This position will require a pre-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test and vetting to ensure Centrus Energy can meet the requirements of 10 CFR Parts 810 and 1017 to grant access to export-controlled information and Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information, respectively.  Such access is required for the performance of this position.
