Role Responsibilities
- Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to restore vehicles to CarMax quality standards.
- Execute dent repair, masking, sanding, and grinding for bodywork repairs.
- Repair or replace small plastic and trim components to ensure every detail meets CarMax standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace, following CarMax’s strict safety protocols.
- Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in masking, sanding, grinding, and applying automotive paint.
- Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
- Valid driver’s license required.
