ATI is currently hiring Production Workers to join our Oakdale, PA facility. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting our process—where molten metal is transformed into powder using high-pressure inert gas. This powder becomes the foundation of stronger, more durable materials used in aerospace, nuclear, and national defense applications.

What You’ll Do
As a Production Worker, you will support every critical step of the melt and pour process to manufacture alloys. You'll work directly with equipment such as melt chambers, furnaces, and atomizing units while ensuring high standards of safety, precision, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Prepare melt chamber equipment and charge the furnace for production
- Monitor heat chemistries and prepare liquid metal pour for atomization
- Perform accurate measuring and weighing of raw materials and oversize powder
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Execute refractory tasks, including digging out and installing furnace components
- Thoroughly clean, assemble, inspect, and install equipment required for melt preparation
- Verify readiness of all materials and equipment prior to atomizing, including documentation review
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment to ensure consistent operation
- Work independently and in a team-oriented environment to support continuous production

Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to accurately measure and document materials
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
- Prior manufacturing or metals industry experience preferred

*Â Annual pay starts at $65,000. This base pay is calculated from an hourly rate inclusive of shift differential and guaranteed overtime. The role follows a 2/2/3 shift schedule and includes quarterly performance bonuses.
