Pay: $80,000–$150,000+ per year

(Base pay + performance incentives + bonuses)

Hurlburt Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical is rapidly growing in the Minneapolis / St Paul metro area and looking for a motivated, licensed plumber to join our growing residential team. Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems

• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, and plumbing components

• Perform residential plumbing service calls and maintenance

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently and accurately

• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with homeowners

• Maintain accurate job documentation and invoices

• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call

Qualifications:

• Minnesota Journeyman or Master Plumber license

• Residential plumbing experience required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain systems, and residential plumbing repairs

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
