We are growing our sales department. Personal Protective Services is a security company providing professional armed/unarmed guards, and mobile patrol. We are expanding our client base across commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors — and we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help accelerate that growth.

The Security Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, developing client relationships, and promoting our full suite of security services. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to understand client needs and recommend the right security solutions.
You will be selling:
- On-site security guards (armed & unarmed)
- Mobile patrol services
- Customized security programs for businesses
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, cold calling, and referrals
- Conduct on-site assessments to understand client security needs
- Present and explain security service options clearly and professionally
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and service agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (security industry preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling contract security services, patrol services, or related industries
- Knowledge of guard operations, scheduling, and security technology
- Existing network of commercial property managers, construction companies, retail managers, or HOAs
