REMOTE: This role is scheduled to be 100%25 remote. While remote, finalists MUST reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment with Kaiser Permanente: CA, OR, WA, HI, CO, GA, MD, VA, CT, DC, or IL.

Department Description:

Community Health strives to improve health outcomes and reduce health disparities by addressing factors impacting total health for our members, within our communities, and in public health systems across the nation. We help strengthen communities through our healthcare workforce development initiatives.

Project Description:

Support the mental health career accelerator and other healthcare workforce programs and possibly the rollout of a new healthcare workforce initiative. Projects include developing communications, reports, meeting materials, and program collateral to support market teams, grantees, and internal leadership

Desired Skillsets:

Strong critical thinking skills, excellent written and oral communication, project management, problem solving, presentation skills, Microsoft Suite

• Pursuing a graduate degree or have completed a graduate program from an accredited university within the last year.

• Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
