The Oakland For Sale studio specializes in delivering successful housing solutions in one of the nation’s most complex markets — where high land values, limited space and challenging jurisdictions demand thoughtful design and strategy. From a Franklin Street office, this team proudly serves the Bay Area with a focus on smart density solutions and a strong commitment to pro bono work. Their portfolio extends from traditional single-family homes to townhomes, and up to four-story infill condominiums, always balancing design excellence with client objectives. Goal-focused, collaborative and community-minded, Oakland FS is as passionate about giving back as they are about creating housing where it’s needed most.

Your Impact

KTGY's Designer fills an important role as part of the conceptual design team focused on the early stages of projects. Designers captain the development of conceptual design and entitlement sets, coordinate with other team members as needed for feedback and direction, and participate in the aesthetic development of projects, crafting memorable places that enhance people's lives.

The range that the Company expects to pay is $32.00 - $36.00/hour.
