The Office of the Chief Financial Officer for Ascendiun and the family of companies is responsible for the financial health and wellbeing of the Company. The Executive Assistant, Senior (EA) will report to the Executive Vice President (EVP), Chief Financial Officer, located in our Oakland headquarters. In this role you will provide executive administrative support including but not limited to serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the CFO. The EA also serves as a liaison to the executive leadership team; monitors and responds to emails, heavy scheduling, and calendaring meetings; organizes and coordinates executive outreach; and oversees special projects.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location, out of state employees, and employees in certain member-facing roles should work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
