Craving Independence, Creativity, and Real Ownership in Your Work?Â
At Roli Roti, food isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are.Â
For over 20 years, we’ve been serving slow-cooked, rotisserie perfection from our Farmer’s Market–driven food trucks. As the first rotisserie food truck in America, we’ve built something special: a loyal following of customers who come to us for everything from Mary’s chicken family dinners to heritage spareribs at lunch—or a perfect porchetta sandwich while exploring the San Francisco Ferry Plaza.Â
But what truly sets us apart isn’t just the food—it’s the people behind it.Â
Our Grill Masters are equal parts chef, storyteller, and host. They take pride in the craft, care deeply about the ingredients they serve, and build genuine relationships with every customer who walks up to the window.
We’re looking for someone who:Â
- Thrives with independence and autonomy Â
- Takes ownership and operates with integrity Â
- Has a passion for great food and even better service Â
- Enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable experiences Â
- Is driven, self-motivated, and ready to grow Â
What you’ll get:Â
- The freedom to run your station like it’s your own Â
- A tight-knit, passionate team that values craft and community Â
- The opportunity to be part of a pioneering food concept with a loyal following Â
- Work that’s hands-on, meaningful, and never boring Â
If you’re someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, loves great food, and wants the autonomy to make your mark—we’d love to meet you!Â
