2026 Summer Intern

 

Location:

This internship role is scheduled to be flexible. Please be prepared to spend part of your time working remotely and part of your time working from a Kaiser Permanente regional office. Finalists MUST reside in one of the following states to be eligible for employment with Kaiser Permanente: CA, OR, WA, HI, CO, GA, MD, VA, CT, DC, or IL.

 

Department Details:

Sales Enablement & Operations enables an efficient & effective selling process through seller systems & technology, seller goals, process governance & sales leader consulting.

 

Internship Projects:

Graduate level intern will work with the Sales Incentive and Sales Operations teams to research, assess, and develop a business case for a territory management application. This role will focus on evaluating industry leading territory management tools, documenting functional scope and key business requirements, and defining expected benefits and risks. The intern will also support development of core business case components, including recommended scope, key deliverables, high level timeline, and an initial project plan. The outcome of this work will be a structured, decision ready business case to support evaluation and approval of a formal territory management project.

Target Skillset:

Business Case & Strategy, Research & Market Analysis, Analytical & Structured Thinking, Project Planning & Execution, Clear, professional writing style suitable for senior audiences. Experience with enterprise technology evaluation, tool selection, or system modernization; experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or sales enablement.
