This role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, and inventory integrity while developing a high-performing warehouse team through structured onboarding, coaching, and ongoing skills development.  This role requires operational strength, passion for developing people, systems and process improvements, and maintaining best-in-class inventory control processes. Ensures workflow efficiency, accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment. Monitors productivity metrics and implements process improvements. Maintains compliance with company policies and safety standards. Training and Team Development Develop and implement structured onboarding programs for new warehouse associates. Conduct ongoing skills training in equipment operation, safety procedures, systems usage, and SOP compliance. Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and corrective training as needed. Maintain training documentation and certification records with the Safety Manager.   Inventory Management and Control Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP). Develop and improve inventory control procedures to reduce shrink and improve accuracy. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation practices. QualificationsQualifications Required: Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role. Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse management systems. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
