Summary

SUMMARY: Responsible for providing administrative/logistical support to projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office (“ePMO”).

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: NOTE: Following are the duties performed by employees in this classification. However, employees may perform other related duties at an equivalent level. Not all duties listed are necessarily performed by each individual in the classification. 

1.  Provides project support to ePMO Project Managers throughout the project life cycle (initiation “discovery” - closing).

2.  Leads small projects for the IS Department.

3.  Coordinates activities across the enterprise such as governance meetings, plans & facilitates group meetings; disseminate meeting minutes, action items and decisions in a timely manner.

4.  Follows up with responsible owners for updates, etc. 

5.  Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks, including scheduling/maintaining agenda for various meetings/governance committees; and critical standing department meetings; assists in preparation of presentation materials and statistical reports.

6.  Maintains and monitors, content across various reporting schedules, including strategic roadmap, capital projects, project portfolio, schedules and progress.

7.  Assists in setting up project workflows, including initial assessment, approvals, maintaining portfolio, status updates and dashboard reporting.

8.  Partners with cross teams to coordinate systems testing, installation, training and support. 

9.  Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Required Experience: Three years’ experience serving in a project coordinator capacity.

Preferred Experience: Experience within a project management environment.
