Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in insulation installation, preferably in both commercial and residential settings 
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of insulation materials, installation techniques, and related equipment 
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret construction drawings and schematics 
• Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team 
• Certifications: Industry-specific certifications in insulation or related trades may be required 
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing project needs

Insulation Supervisor / Foreman

This is a supervisory role, responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of insulation materials to meet energy efficiency, safety, and regulatory standards. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision & Coordination: Lead and coordinate a team of insulation installers, assigning tasks and ensuring workflow efficiency 
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work complies with OSHA, building codes, and industry regulations 
• Project Management: Schedule and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones 
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections to verify adherence to specifications and quality standards 
• Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor new team members in insulation best practices 
• Material Management: Oversee inventory, ordering, and proper use of insulation and related materials 
• Communication: Liaise with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to report progress and resolve issues 
• Problem-Solving: Implement strategies to address challenges and improve installation efficiency 
• Documentation: Prepare daily reports on project status and team performance
